The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that on 18.09.2014 at 10.00 A.M. the accused persons entered into the house of the informant, abused by calling caste name and threatened him. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 18.09.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 27.09.2014 and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below which has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10011 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 been brought on record vide annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 381 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
