2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is in custody since 04.03.2025.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- III, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025.
