Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the village of the petitioner, namely, Sonu Kumar @ Sonu Kumar Ravi @ Sonu Kumar Ram was inadvertently typed as Pahda instead of Rehla Kala, which is a bona fide mistake. In view of the submission made in the application, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original file. Consequent thereof, the village Pahda shall be read as Rehla Kala.
