Petitioner is accused in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 registered under Sections 429, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.02.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of
