Rajak, J.M. 1st Class, Motihari.

The corrections are so permitted.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 53/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged seizure-list does not disclose clearly the place where the alleged articles were seized or recovered. It is further submitted that even

Considering the above mentioned submission and also the nature of the allegations, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, in connection with Excise Case No. 53/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
