In the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent concerned to give Praswakriti and accept the examination form and fee in the year 2019 on the ground of the schools are listed in the list of Praswakrit which is prepared by

Patna High Court CWJC No.12603 of 2019 dt.17-11-2021 2/2 the Sanskrit Siksha Board and for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Due to lapse of time and COVID-19 Pandemic the present petition could not be decided. Issue involved in the present petition is relating to academic, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned respondent in respect of ensuing academic year within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the petitioner's grievance by the concerned respondent, he/she is directed to adjudicate the petitioner's grievance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In the event of any shortcoming in respect of redressing the petitioner's grievance necessary speaking orders shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order along with representation/application. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
