2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34855 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report of Trial Court reveals that the case is pending for evidence and till date prosecution has not produced any witness. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

4. Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44952 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2020 arising out of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2011 (G.R. No. 1066 of 2011).
