The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021 registered under Sections 304, 328, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to family dispute. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The Police after investigation has submitted charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49415 of 2021(4) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
