Learned counsel for the State and Mr. Mukesh Kumar for the State Election Authority appear and submit that the matter relates to irregularity in the voter list in respect of the election to the Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Dundo, Narvada in the district of Jamui. It is submitted that the election to the society has already taken place in the year 2014 rendering the matter infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Should any such occasion arise for the petitioner in the next election, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
