The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was married with the informant about 20 years ago. It is submitted that on account of some family dispute, the wife lodged this case. The petitioner got three sons from his wife and he is still ready to keep his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
