The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 384, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (v) (x) (xv) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the accused persons entered into under constructed house of the informant started to demolish the same and on protest being made the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and his sons, snatched jewellery and other articles and took away construction material.

No.20764 of 2015 (02) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute between the petitioners and the informant the accusation has been lelleved. Statement has been made in para 11 of the petition that no injury was caused to the informant and others. The accusation is omnibus and general and the place of occurrence cannot be treated to be in public view.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
