Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue is no more res integra as this Hon'ble Court has already decided the issue in C.W.J.C. No. 10640 of 2015 vide judgment dated 22.3.2017.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent University to examine the case of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case of Vivekanand Thakur in C.W.J.C. No. 10640 of 2015
Patna High Court CWJC No.6216 of 2016 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner. The decision in this regard may be taken by the University within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this court. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
