An allegation has been attributed against the petitioner who along with others to have intercepted informant Arun Kumar Singh and during course thereof, on an order of Harendra Singh, petitioner had inflicted Chura blow over his neck causing injury thereupon as well as taking out Rs.19,700/-. There also happens to be allegation against one Samresh Singh @ Patan Singh to have snatched away Chain. It has further been alleged that Harendra and Sarvesh assaulted with fist and slap. From the injury report (Annexure-2) which is found corroborated from para-33 of the case diary speaks presence of single incised wound 4"x4"x skin deep over front of nose, simple in nature coupled with the fact that from perusal of case diary, the allegation of snatching of chain as well as cash became doubtful and, being so petitioner is directed to be surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43566 of 2014 (4) dt.22-06-2015 learned lower court with a prayer for regular bail which the learned lower court will favourably consider in light of aforesaid finding.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
