Heard the parties.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017, corresponding to S.T. No. 321 of 2018.

Since the trial is at the stage of final argument, I am not inclined to review the order dated 22.04.2019 whereby the prayer for bail to the petitioner was refused in the past. Hence, this application stands disposed of.

The learned trial Judge is directed not to allow unwarranted adjournments on prayer of either of the parties, as it has been informed that the case is running for final argument
