The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354/354A/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co-accused Aslam @ Ajay ravished the informant when family members of the informant went to make complaint, then the family members of the informant were assaulted by the family members of the main accused Aslam @ Ajay.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are the family members of Aslam and the accusation under section 354/354A,376,34 is not levelled against the petitioners and no injury was caused to any family members

Considering the thrust of accusation against coaccused Aslam @ Ajay and statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No.52 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
