====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and J. P. University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. In view of the averments made and material brought on record in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, it appears that admitted dues have been paid. Though copy of the supplementary counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 19.12.2017 but learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amounts have to be verified with regard to their correctness.

3. Be that as it may, since now the only question remains relating to accounting, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.

4. No calculation chart having been brought on record by the University, let the same be provided to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the Registrar of the University with regard to computation under each head. Upon receipt of the same, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation, within four weeks thereafter, pointing out any error in such calculation or if he has any other claim which has remained unpaid.

5. Upon the same being filed before the Registrar of the University, he shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order thereon within four weeks of filing of such representation. If anything further is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks from passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
