JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner no.2 being the husband of the victim and petitioner nos. 2 to 4 being the parents and brother of petitioner no.1 are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after eleven years of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was residing at Delhi where she died. Since the case was registered in the year 2007, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

No.23667 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 38 of 2007 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Motihari.
