Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the J.P. University, Chapra for redressal of his grievance on 12.03.2016, but no final decision on the representation of the petitioner has been taken by the respondent Vice-Chancellor. He further submits that this Court may dispose of the writ application with a direction to the ViceChancellor of the University to take final decision one way or the

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5 (the Vicechancellor, J. P. University, Chapra) to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-10) within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
