The District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Rohtas are present in person and they have informed this Court that, as a matter of fact, in this case the Doctor and Investigating Officer had already been examined but due to communication gap the same could not brought to the notice of this Court. In such view of the matter, the personal appearance of the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas is dispensed with.
