2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 498 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, one motorcycle and Rs. 9,00,000/- (Nine Lacs) has been looted. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

4. Since the petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner.
