Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discriminated, whereas the similarly circumstanced other persons have been considered for regularization.

If the respondent-University is maintaining the stand of regularizing the services of non-teaching employees and if the petitioner stands on the similar footing and juniors have been regularized, the University is directed to give similar treatment to the petitioner. However, this court does not express any
