The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 145 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 469 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a business transaction colour of criminal offence has been given. I have perused the complaint petition and the materials available on record.
