The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patepur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant Mini Devi. The informant alleged that the petitioners sent her husband somewhere else and they do not want that her husband live with her.

It is submitted that the husband has appeared and file petition that nobody had kidnapped him rather he had gone outside of his village to earn his livelihood.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21197 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in Patepur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
