NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioner had moved Bail Petition No. 1248 of 2016 before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1 of 2017 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016. The said bail petition was rejected with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after two months from the date of the order. Petitioner has approached this Court in spite of the said observation. Under such circumstances petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Court below for necessary redressal of his grievance.
