====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 608 of 2017 (G.R. case No. 4196 of 2017) for the offence under Sections 414/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b) a 26 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017. He submits that no witness to support the case of theft committed by this petitioner. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner has been dragged in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 18.12.2017, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27863 of 2018(3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 608 of 2017 (G.R. No.- 4196 of 2017).
