The Petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C2/121/17 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.
It is alleged that 32 bottles of Nepali liquor each containing 300 ML were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2017. It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19842 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2/121/17, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
