The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khutauna P.S. Case No.99 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery has been made from an open area and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
