On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 04.03.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 104 of 2013, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
