2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case no. 740 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 303(2), 318(4) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is Godown Manager. It is alleged that he has sold certain articles from go-down.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it will transpire that there is no

It is further submitted that he is working in this company from two years whereas the informant who is the present Manager, is working in this company for last six months. From Perusal of the impugned order, it also transpires that during investigation, the Investigating Officer has made every endeavor to enquire about the stolen articles but he could not gather any information. Only one witness has stated during investigation that the petitioner has sold articles of 2-3 lakhs but there is no description as to what articles has been stolen and sold by the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case no. 740 of 2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
