Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 154 of 2017/11 of 2017 arising out of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 328, 304B of the I.P.C. Pettiioneer had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 13.01.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case on 08.02.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.08.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
