Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 05.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8133 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that out of seven prosecution witnesses, one witness has been examined and for securing attendance of remaining witnesses, summons have already been issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2019, learned trial
