====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2025 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Tarkeshwar Nath Thakur, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner, as such, the petitioner don't want to press the present anticipatory bail application and seeks to surrender before the learned District Court and prefer regular bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37430 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.

5. Learned District Court on the basis of the material available on the record may pass order on the same day, the bail application is filed, expeditiously.
