01-07-2015 Heard Sri Kumar Vikramdeo, learned counsel, who was assisted by Smt. Madhuwala Verma, learned counsel for petitioners and Smt. Rita Verma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Belsand P.S. Case No. 2 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, F.I.R. was lodged much belatedly and moreover the petitioner no. 3 & 4, being lady, were inside the house, ofcourse, the occurrence alleged to have taken place in the house. On
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20225 of 2015 (4) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Earlier, by order dated 01-05-2015, the case diary was called for, which has been received and kept on record. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that in the case diary, there is material suggesting involvement of the petitioners.
In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
