The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of one Uday Kumar from whose possession arms and ammunitions besides Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 25,000/- were recovered. The petitioner was apprehended on 18.10.2016, but till date he has not been put on test identification parade and the police submitted charge sheet against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11630 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur (Sadar) P.S.
