JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gobindganj (Malahi) PS case no. 1 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding accused persons having killed the victim girl for want of dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim girl and the husband of the victim girl against whom, main allegation has been leveled, is in custody, hence no prejudice

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21080 of 2018 (4) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 would be caused to the prosecution, in case the petitioners herein are granted bail. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 01.01.2018 and they are having clean antecedents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioners are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) PS case no. 1 of 2018.
