There was procession which ultimately blocked the road for getting grievances redressed. In spite of request made by higher police officials, the processionist did not pay heed whereupon, instant case has been instituted against 25 known and rest unknown persons without identifying invidividual activity.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner Sushma Devi is directed to be released on bail in the event of her arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babargang)
