2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 259 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 480 liters of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2026 and the petitioner is accused in 4 more cases of similar nature.

5. In view of the quantum of recovery and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
