2. Trial court report dated 21.11.2025 reveals that out of total 11 prosecution witnesses, 8 of the them have already been examined.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. Since petitioner is in custody from 19.11.2023, let the trial be concluded within six months.
