2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Mahua P. S. Case No. 1361 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 351, 352, 126(2), 329(3), 331, 324(4), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 76, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and others by means of sword. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous. Petitioners have got six criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, injury and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40415 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 petitioners is refused.
