JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.

Mr. Avanindra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that a sum of Rs. 89,000/- an odd is still pending with the University. He submits that he has already represented the University by way of representation contained in Annexures 7 and 8 series. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the University, has no objection in disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the University to dispose of the pending representation, if not already disposed of.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar of the University to take final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner contained in Annexures 7 and 8 series within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of the receipt / production of a copy of this order.

It goes without saying that the respondents, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur will make payment of the admitted dues within the aforesaid period. The University may also consider the obligation of payment of statutory interest. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) ajay gupta/- U
