Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the advertisement inviting objection by the Staff Selection Commissioner, the petitioner has filed objection pursuant to the advertisement published by the Commission.

In view of the above, the Commission is required to consider the objection of the petitioner in its proper perspective expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
