KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-10-2021 This petition has been brought under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed a slip praying therein for making certain correction(s) in the judgment dated 7th of September, 2021 passed in the instant petition, which stood crept in due to typographical error.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also gone through the records, we find that there are typographical error(s), in the judgment dated 7th of September, 2021 passed in the instant petition, which needs to be corrected. As such, we modify the judgment dated 7th of September, 2021 passed in the instant petition to the extent that

Patna High Court CWJC No.15297 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 the first paragraph at Page No. 4 of the said judgment, be read as follows:- "After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the authority concerned i.e. Respondent No. 4, namely, Municipal Council Raxaul through its Executive Officer" or any of the statutory authority, to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner shall be filing within a period of four weeks from today [6th of October, 2021] for redressal of the grievance(s)."
