The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2018 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has merely an employee of the so-called Swaran Jayanti Sewa Samiti and has nothing to do with the receipt of any money for granting employment to any of the persons so defrauded by the company. It is further submitted that he has worked for the company for doing office work and has nothing to do with the lending out any assurance. It is further submitted that the co-accused namely, Omkar Nath, Secretary of the company, has since been extended

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25129 of 2018 (3) dt.19-07-2018 the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 04.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24565 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2017.
