JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-03-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Memo No. 707 dated 21.04.2015 issued by the respondent no. 3 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been removed from the transportation and handling work of the Corporation with immediate effect contrary to the express term of the agreement.
