2. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the L.N. Mithila University stating that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

3. However, if any amount of statutory interest remains unpaid, the petitioner shall be at liberty to point out such error by filing a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4, which shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order.

4. If the petitioner files a petition before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7663 of 2016 (4) dt.16-11-2017 2/2 respondent no. 4, seeking the detailed calculation of payments made, the same shall be given to him within two weeks from the date of filing such representation before the respondent no. 4. If anything further is found payable, the same shall also be paid thereafter.
