The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on account of suspicion the petitioner has been named in this case. Referring to para-3 he submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The only material which has surfaced during the course of investigation is that the sisters of the deceased has suspected the hand of the petitioner as the deceased declined to join the wedlock with Mameri Mousi of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23490 of 2018(3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018. Bailors shall be the family members.
