The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 63 of 2017 registered under Sections 395 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants looted the truck, cash of Rs. 2000/- and mobile of the truck driver and also mobile of the Khalasi and taken away the truck in their absence.

Submission is that except confessional statement which is said to be given before the police, there is no other material against him and neither there is recovery of any incriminating material from his possession nor truck and nor he was put on TIP and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20936 of 2018 and by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22760 of 2018(3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 20634 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 21919 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Imteyaz Ansari, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
