Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the open field of the petitioner, 33.39 litres of liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the place of recovery is accessible by any one.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
