ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 13-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for Respondents, counsel for AG, counsel for Punjab National Bank, Motihari, East Champaran through virtual mode. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has contacted his client and it has been informed to her that during pendency of the writ application, pension of the petitioner has been paid and payment of family pension has been received in petitioner's account.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that P.P.O. has already been issued for payment and matter has been

Counsel for the respondent Bank submits that on 07.12.2022 Rs. 7,73,259 /- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner. Counsel also submits that as per the P.P.O. received, the payment shall be made in the account of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, it appears that grievance of the petitioner is hereby resolved.

With this direction, this Writ petition is hereby disposed off with the liberty to the petitioner that in case petitioner's amount of family pension shall not be paid to the petitioner by the respondent Bank, even after P.P.O., then petitioner shall be at liberty to file contempt directly before this Court against the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Motihari, East Champaran.
