The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No. 320 of 2017 registered under Sections 401, 411, 414, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that two boys were apprehended along with stolen motorcycles and they confessed to have involved in stealing motorcycles by the gang and leading to their confessional statements, one of the stolen motorcycles was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that motorcycle was taken by him from his friend for use but name of that person was not disclosed anywhere. He also submits that petitioner is a student of Polytechnic and is in custody since 01.01.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14313 of 2018(3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances specially recovery of stolen motorcycle from the petitioner's house, presently his prayer of bail is rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after six months. In the meanwhile, trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
